Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Shipment
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all HOUND ARCHIVES⢠tags and security seals still attached.
- 3.Label and Post
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our archive team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
